Meet the Founder
Nicole Upton is the founder of NICS Business Services and Elorah Counselling and Consulting, where she has worked as a general consultant and counsellor since 2011. Her work spans business improvement, coaching, project management, and operational support for a wide range of clients, including BHP, Rio Tinto, Aurizon, and Local Government. Nicole’s approach is grounded in empathy, practical problem-solving, and a deep understanding of human and organisational dynamics.
